1. Returns Due to Visible Defects

We understand that, in the event of visible defects in our products, returns may be necessary. Therefore, if you receive a product with a visible defect, we are happy to offer a return. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the return process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

For all other return requests, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must include all original tags, labels, and packaging.
  • The return must be scheduled within 7 days of receiving the shipment. 

Please make sure to inspect your purchase before removing any tags, using, or altering it, as this will affect your eligibility for a return.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at rivet.wholesale@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process, providing you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that, due to our wholesale relationship with customers, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or doesn't meet the description provided on our website. In cases of visible defects, we will provide instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you.

To start a return, you can contact us at rivet.wholesale@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
